CPU Guys.NET understands how important
the Internet is to businesses today. That's why we offer
precedent setting service level agreements (SLAs).
CPU
Guys.NET commits to providing 100 percent availability,
minimal latency, and high packet delivery levels on most CPU
Guys.NET leased line services. We even guarantee that all new
installations are completed quickly and reliably. What's
more, we'll proactively monitor your service and let you know
promptly if your connection has a problem. An equivalent
guarantee applies for our Colocation service.
Unbeatable service, at no additional cost CPU Guys.NET's SLAs
are included automatically - at no additional cost - for new
customers who agree to at least a one-year term commitment
and who allow CPU Guys.NET to order the local loop. If you're
already a CPU Guys.NET customer whose service qualifies for
SLAs, be sure you're registered to take advantage of the
service.

CPU Guys.NET continues to raise the bar on superior network
performance and high quality care for our customers.
Network Quality
- Average monthly latency of no more than 65ms roundtrip
within CPU Guys.NET's network in North America and Europe,
and of no more than 120ms between New York and CPU
Guys.NET's international gateway hub in London.
- Average packet delivery of 99 percent or greater
regionally within CPU Guys.NET's Networks in North America
and Europe, and over CPU Guys.NET's Trans-Atlantic link
between the New York and London metropolitan areas.
Service Quality
- 100 percent availability that covers the CPU Guys.NET
backbone and the CPU Guys.NET-ordered customer access
circuit.
- Scheduled maintenance, whereby we guarantee scheduled
maintenance will take place from 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
(local hub time) in the contiguous US and elsewhere from
3:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. (local hub time) Tuesdays and
Thursdays; and at least 24/48 hours advance notice.
Customer Care Quality
- Proactive outage notification that guarantees customer
notification from CPU Guys.NET operations within 1 Day outage via fax, email, phone, or pager.(optional)
- Installation by the quoted install date, which is 40
business days for 56 Kbps and T-1; 60 business days for
T-3; and, "quoted install date" for OC-3 and OC-12.
